Dear {{First_name|Friend}},

Last week we announced Hard Things — now meet our first speaker.

Veena Radhakrishna is Co-founder and Head of Software at Cartesian Kinetics, where she's spent 20+ years building the intelligence layer for robotics and Physical AI systems across manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing. She doesn't just study the future of warehouse automation — she's engineering it.

Her latest work, the Carte+ Omni Rack Robotics (ORR) system, retrofits existing fulfillment centers with a proprietary AI orchestration layer — essentially a "warehouse brain" that synchronizes robots and human operators in real time. No rip-and-replace. Just smarter infrastructure.

Hard Things is an intimate, invite-only event series co-organized by Mavka and Foley & Lardner LLP, dedicated to the founders, investors, and builders shaping Physical AI. This is the first of many — and we're curating every gathering to spark the conversations that matter most at this frontier.

We're building Hard Things as a recurring community, gathering the founders, investors, and ecosystem partners who are building at this frontier and pushing the boundaries of what's physically possible with AI.
