Dear {{First_Name|Friend}},

We are excited to welcome Yana Holets as a Partner at Mavka Capital, based in San Francisco.

Yana will focus on IT Services, an addition to our Data Center category, while also driving Origination for M&A and Capital Raising initiatives across AI infrastructure and several of Mavka Capital’s strategic growth sectors, including Energy Transition, Defence Tech, Embodied AI & Robotics, and broader enterprise technology ecosystems. She brings more than 15 years of experience across IT Services and enterprise technology, driving AI-driven enterprise transformation, M&A outcomes, strategic exits, and growth across global enterprise technology platforms.

With particular emphasis on AI-enabled services, digital transformation providers, and platforms that power and scale the modern data center economy, Yana will lead strategic coverage of companies across the IT Services landscape. She will work closely with Misha Edel, Partner, on Data Center coverage. Her appointment deepens the expertise of our current team and broadens the Mavka Capital Data Center franchise from infrastructure and power into the services layer that increasingly defines enterprise AI adoption.

She joins Mavka Capital as a senior operator with a track record of executing in complex, high-growth environments across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. She has led strategic execution across $1.5B+ portfolios, working directly with executive leadership to structure growth initiatives, optimize deal qualification, and accelerate revenue and enterprise value.

In addition, Yana founded NeoTech AI Venture Studio, focused on helping global enterprises adopt and operationalize AI across complex industries. Through NeoTech AI, she has supported companies in driving revenue growth through AI-native solutions and products, optimizing operations through AI enablement, and leveraging Digital Twin technologies for next-generation infrastructure and data center ecosystems.

Most recently, Yana was Senior Director and Head of Business Operations at EPAM Systems, where she led deal governance and qualification across a multibillion-dollar North America portfolio. At EPAM, she built and enforced high-risk contract frameworks, directed new logo and revenue expansion programs, and drove global cost optimization and transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at GeeksForLess Inc., DotClub (acquired by GoDaddy), and Luxoft (DXC Technology), scaling global operations and leading complex transformation initiatives.

Yana holds executive education credentials from Stanford University and the Wharton School, and an M.S. in Mathematics and Economics.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Yana. We look forward to supporting her continued success.

For questions on M&A and capital formation in IT Services and related categories, please reach out to Yana directly.
